Dr. Jordan Alley
Owner & Principle Dentist
BScE, MEng, DMD
Dr. Alley is a caring, talented, and compassionate professional, who is committed to offering comprehensive dentistry and excellent patient care. Dr. Alley grew up in the Clarkson area. She earned Undergraduate and Master’s degrees with honours in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University. Dr. Alley then graduated with honours with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of British Columbia in 2010. Her time in British Columbia included being a dental student practitioner in Clearwater and a researcher at the Cleft Palate Clinic in BC Children’s Hospital.
After practicing in Peace River and Edmonton in northern Alberta, Dr. Alley returned to Mississauga to join her uncle, Dr. Emeric Bacso. In 2015, the practice transitioned seamlessly to Dr. Alley. Grateful for the trust of her patients, Dr. Alley has continued to provide the community numerous dental services with a dynamic, supportive team.
Dr. Alley is dedicated to continuing education, including InvisAlign orthodontics (invisible braces) and implant dentistry. Dr. Alley also enjoys working with kids and ensures that their first visit to the dentist is fun and worry-free. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, friends and family, reading and traveling.
Dr. Ruchira Pai
Associate Dentist
Dr. Ruchira Pai is a board-certified dentist with over eight years of clinical experience, providing high-quality, patient-centered dental care. Her expertise spans restorative, cosmetic, and preventive dentistry, with a strong emphasis on delivering comprehensive, evidence-based treatments tailored to each patient’s needs.
Having practiced in both Canada and India, Dr. Pai brings a global perspective and a deep understanding of diverse patient care. Since completing her training and board certification in Canada, she has been committed to staying at the forefront of modern dental advancements – incorporating the latest technologies and minimally invasive techniques to ensure comfort, precision, and long-term results.
Dr. Pai is dedicated to helping her Toronto patients achieve optimal oral health and confident smiles through compassionate, personalized care in a welcoming environment.

Sandi
Dental Assistant
Sandi has been a wonderful and skillful Dental Assistant at Port Credit Smiles since 2003. She loves going to work and interacting with her fellow team members and patients. With her multi-talents, you may also see Sandi at reception to greet you and answer any questions. Patient relaxation and well-being are of the highest importance throughout her day.
Outside of work, Sandi enjoys being with family and friends. She also enjoys watching sports, movies and reading.
Saeward
Dental Hygieniest
Saeward is a dental hygienist at Port Credit Smiles and has been with the office since 2017. In 2004, she graduated as a dental assistant and in 2009, she graduated with honours as a dental hygienist. Saeward is devoted to promoting health and wellness by educating her patients and providing an unforgettable, relaxing appointment with her gentle approach.
She strives to treat patients with the utmost level of care and sets realistic goals for each patient. Saeward attends continuing education courses on a regular basis to expand her knowledge and skills by implementing them into every day. In her spare time, she likes to watch movies, spend time with family, try new dinner recipes, and play with her two sons.
Carolyn
Certified Dental Hygienist
Carolyn graduated from the Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Auxiliaries in 2012. She enjoys working collaboratively with patients to develop personalized treatment plans to ensure they achieve optimal dental health and a beautiful smile. Carolyn has continued taking educational courses over the past decade to sharpen her knowledge and skills for herself and her patients, keeping her in a great standing as a member of the College of Dental Hygienist of Ontario and the Ontario Dental Hygienists Association. Outside of dentistry, Carolyn received a scholarship to York University for dance. She loves to spend time with her family, trying new restaurants and taking long nature walks.
Katrina
Reception
Katrina is a friendly face welcoming our patients to the office and helping them book and understand their dental treatment. She enjoys getting to know the patients, and is especially good with our child patients, with her background in childcare. Katrina enjoys spending time with family and friends and travelling.
Emily
Reception
Emily is our smiling face that greets our patients at front reception. Emily graduated as a registered PSW from Conestoga College and has been working hands-on with patients for over six years. Emily enjoys talking and getting to know patients to assist with any concerns, and help keep our patients on track with their oral health. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as traveling.
Clare
Certified Dental Assistant
Clare joined Port Credit Smiles in 2025 as a Certified Dental Assistant. She enjoys the hands-on part of assisting while making sure patients feel comfortable throughout their visits. She also helps ensure everything runs smoothly for both patients and the dental team. Outside of the office, she likes to spend her time playing games, watching series, and spending time with close family and friends.
Hayley
Certified Dental Hygienist
Originally from Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Hayley spent five years as a Dental Assistant before moving to Ontario to pursue her career as a Registered Dental Hygienist. During this time, she developed a strong foundation in patient care and dental health. Hayley is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident. Focusing on realistic goals and empowering them through education to take an active role in maintaining healthy smiles. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring the outdoors with her dog, Willow.
