Dr. Jordan Alley
BScE, MEng, DMD
Dr. Alley is a caring, talented, and compassionate professional, who is committed to offering comprehensive dentistry and excellent patient care. Dr. Alley grew up in the Clarkson area. She earned Undergraduate and Master’s degrees with honours in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University. Dr. Alley then graduated with honours with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of British Columbia in 2010. She was a Dean’s Scholar and earned awards in Ethics & Professionalism and Prosthodontics.
After practicing in Peace River and Edmonton in northern Alberta, Dr. Alley returned to Mississauga to join her uncle, Dr. Emeric Bacso. In 2015, the practice transitioned to Dr. Alley. Over the past few years, Dr. Alley has updated our dental technology and renovated different areas of the office to improve your experience and provide more services. Dr. Bacso has continued to work as an associate and still enjoys treating and visiting his life-long patients. They have made a great team!
Dr. Alley is dedicated to continuing education, including InvisAlign orthodontics (invisible braces) and implant dentistry. Dr. Alley also enjoys working with kids and ensures that their first visit to the dentist is fun and worry-free. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, friends and family, reading and traveling.
Dr. Emeric Bacso
Dr. Emeric Bacso has 40 years of dental experience. He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto in 1975. Graduating with honours, Dr. Bacso opened his practice in September 1975 in Port Credit and has been providing excellent and caring dental care to the community and surrounding area ever since.
He is still committed to continuing education and has been a member of the Toronto Crown & Bridge study club and Periodontal Study Club. He is happily married with three children. In his leisure time he enjoys woodworking, traveling and exercise. He is also a long-time volunteer at the local Terry Fox Run in Port Credit.
Dental Receptionist & Dental Assistant
Betty has been working at our office since 1999 as both a Level II Dental Assistant and Administrative Assistant. With her beautiful smile, she is the first to greet patients and make them feel welcome and comfortable. She is always happy to answer any patient concerns or questions ranging from financial to technical in regards to your dental treatment.
Betty enjoys working in the friendly and trusting environment at Port Credit Smiles. Should a dental emergency arise, Betty makes every effort to see and care for you as soon as possible. Outside of work, Betty enjoys listening to music and taking dance lessons. She loves travelling and spending time with her friends and family.
Jennifer joined our reception (and her sister Betty above) in 2016. Making a great team with Betty, Jennifer’s positive and friendly nature has been a welcomed addition to our office. She makes every effort to help our patients access dental care with great consideration of their schedule and concerns. She works with kindness, honesty and enthusiasm and enjoys meeting new people. Jennifer is a loving wife and mother to two children….and a great sister!
Dental Receptionist & Dental Assistant
Casey joined our office in 2019 as both a Level II Dental Assistant and Receptionist. A small-town girl from Courtice, Casey has been a great addition to our team. She approaches patients and her teammates with consistent kindness and infectious optimism. Casey loves to chat with patients and getting to know all of our long-standing families here. Outside of work, Casey enjoys kayaking, playing baseball, spending quality with friends and family.
Casey is excited to help people feel confident with their smiles and make their dental experience a positive one.
Cheryl has over 35 years working as a talented and compassionate Dental Assistant with Port Credit Smiles. She is a valuable team player, who prides herself on her assisting and management skills. More importantly, she is very passionate about putting patients’ comfort and peace of mind first.
Every patient knows Cheryl and she knows every patient’s story and their unique dental needs. Her enthusiasm for the office staff and patients has been unwavering over the years. Outside of the office, Cheryl enjoys going to yoga, walking outdoors, travelling and spending time with her friends and her husband and two children.
Sandi has been a wonderful and skillful Dental Assistant at Port Credit Smiles since 2003. She loves going to work and interacting with her fellow team members and patients. With her multi-talents, you may also see Sandi at reception to greet you and answer any questions. Patient relaxation and well-being are of the highest importance throughout her day.
Outside of work, Sandi enjoys being with family and friends. She also enjoys watching sports, movies and reading.
Born and raised in Mississauga, Marianne was a welcomed addition to our dental team in 2015. With her education and experience in Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy combined with her training at the Canadian Academy of Dental Hygiene, Marianne provides comfortable and accessible dental hygiene and care to all patients including individuals with physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. Marianne provides gentle but thorough cleanings in a friendly and informative environment to all of her patients. Patient comfort and satisfaction are a top priority for her while she strives to help each patient keep a beautiful and long-lasting smile.
In her free time, Marianne enjoys reading, cooking, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
Saeward is a dental hygienist at Port Credit Smiles and has been with the office since 2017. In 2004, she graduated as a dental assistant and in 2009, she graduated with honours as a dental hygienist. Saeward is devoted to promoting health and wellness by educating her patients and providing an unforgettable, relaxing appointment with her gentle approach.
She strives to treat patients with the utmost level of care and sets realistic goals for each patient. Saeward attends continuing education courses on a regular basis to expand her knowledge and skills by implementing them into every day. In her spare time, she likes to watch movies, spend time with family, try new dinner recipes, and play with her two sons.
